The word “portability” usually means that sacrifices have been made to achieve that goal, but that’s not so with the CADAC NASCAR Tailgate Chef. This little powerhouse will do things that might normally be expected only from a top end, fully optioned patio grill, all in a package built to handle the weekend long NASCAR tailgate scene. Designed in South Africa (CADAC North America’s parent headquarters) where outdoor living is part of the genetic make-up, this grill’s secret is its five interchangeable cooking surfaces.

This desire for adventure without sacrifice is the reason for the amazing design of the CADAC NASCAR Tailgate Chef. At the heart of the system is a variable temperature gas burner fueled by disposable one-pound gas cylinders. This burner has a rack that allows pots to be placed directly over the heat for simmering or boiling. If barbecuing is on the menu just add the mini vector grill and put on the hamburgers. There’s a flat breakfast plate for frying or eggs, and on the reverse side is a ribbed grill for fat-free cooking. For stir fry, simply flip over the dome lid to create a wok. All these cooking surfaces are non-stick, easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner the Tailgate Chef is the “all access pit pass” grill - AND you can proudly display your favorite driver's number on the Carry Bag.
